Since our founding in 1705, we have continued our journey through the Edo, Meiji, Taisho, Showa, Heisei, and now Reiwa eras. Thanks to the unwavering support of everyone, we will celebrate our 320th anniversary in 2025. We believe this achievement is entirely due to the support we have received from our customers and society at large, for which we are deeply grateful.
We uphold as our corporate motto: “Trust leads the way for sound business practices, a positive spirit, and friendly collaboration,” and as our management philosophy: “Eternal growth as a company respected by society and therefore sought after by society.” Guided by these principles, we prioritize not only achieving zero accidents and zero disasters but also the timely delivery of buildings and structures that meet the highest quality standards, ensuring our customers’ complete satisfaction. We believe that consistently living up to the trust and confidence placed in us by our customers and society at large is a commitment that must never change—and must never be allowed to change.
At the same time, in today’s rapidly changing world, we are also called upon to address new challenges such as tackling environmental issues, including climate change, and promoting digital transformation (DX). Furthermore, we must address overtime regulations in the construction industry and advance initiatives aimed at realizing a healthy and productive workplace. By adapting flexibly to these changes in our times, we will enhance our corporate value and, in turn, continue delivering value to society.
